Dear Colleagues,

The 60th Meeting of the International Committee of Legal Metrology (CIML) will be convened in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Monday 13 October (full day) and Wednesday 15 October (afternoon), in conjunction with the 17th OIML Conference on the mornings of Tuesday 14 October, and Wednesday 15 October 2025.

We also cordially invite you to a reception on the evening of Sunday 12 October 2025 to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the OIML.

A meeting of the RLMO Round Table will take place on Sunday 12 October (morning) for representatives of invited organizations.

Registration for attendance can be made via this website. The deadline for registration is 15 July 2025. If you are unable to register via the website, please contact the BIML and alternative arrangements will be made.

It is essential that the Committee has sufficient voting Members for a quorum. Therefore:

if you are unable to attend the CIML meeting, please advise the BIML of the name of the individual in your country’s delegation that you are designating to vote on your behalf;
if you anticipate that you or your delegation may be absent during any of the CIML meeting sessions, please give a proxy to another CIML Member when registering.

Please note that invitations for the 17th Conference have been sent to your government via your country’s diplomatic representation in Paris.
