- Extra nights
If you wish to arrive before the meetings or stay on after them, please mention this in the comments box on the online booking form. Although availability cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to satisfy your request. You will be contacted to confirm room availability.
- Payment
All individual guests are responsible for settling their own accounts on the day of arrival by cash or credit card. Personal cheques will not be accepted, however the hotel does accept payment by bank ("wire") transfer if you are unable to use a credit card. There is no extra charge for payment by credit card. The bank details may be downloaded during the online booking process. Credit cards will be charged at check-in time only.
- Cancellation policy
- Cancellation or modification is possible until 14 days prior to arrival (23:59 the day prior – Paris time).
- In the event of a no-show or late cancellation a fee of 100% of the stay will be charged.
