A block of 70 rooms has been booked at The LaLit New Delhi Hotel***** at a special preferential room rate, which is applicable for the Deluxe room category (only) between 24 and 30 October 2026 inclusive.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that to qualify for this special rate, rooms must be booked before Monday 7 September 2026.
If you wish to extend your stay at The LaLit New Delhi Hotel either before or after the OIML meetings, please contact the hotel directly.

Reservations

A credit card will be requested to secure your reservation but will not charged at the time of reservation.
Any modification to a reservation made through the booking link must be arranged directly – and as soon as possible – with Mrs Shivani Chopra at The Lalit Hotel.
Guests will receive an automatic reminder 15 days before the date of check-in to reconfirm their reservation, and the full special room rate will be charged at that time.

Deluxe room

The special rate for a Deluxe room (39 m²) is INR 14 160 per room per night for single occupancy, or INR 15 340 per room per night for double/twin occupancy . Prices are inclusive of 18% taxes.

Other room types are available, but no special rate applies. Please enquire directly with the hotel.
All room and bed types are subject to availability upon confirmation.
All bookings must be guaranteed by credit card, which will be charged 5 days before check-in.
Wi-Fi and daily buffet breakfast are included in the above rates.
Tea- and coffee-making facilities are available in all rooms.
Check-in time is 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12:00 on the day of departure.

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation of a reservation made through the booking link must be arranged directly – and as soon as possible – with Mrs Shivani Chopra at The Lalit Hotel.
Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the check-in date.
In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the check-in date, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
