Proxies
CIML Members may give a proxy as follows:
- Proxies may be given by CIML Members at the same time as they register via the OIML website.
- Proxies may only be given to registered CIML Members.
- Before giving a proxy to a registered CIML Member, please obtain their agreement.
- In addition to their own vote, a registered CIML Member may only receive a maximum of TWO proxies.
- If you are unable to attend the 61st CIML Meeting, please provide at least one proxy.
Additional delegates / accompanying persons
If you wish to register more than 2 delegates (including the CIML Member) or you want to include accompanying persons, please complete the attached form and send it to: Patricia Saint-Germain.
- The BIML will email you an invoice requesting payment of the sum due.
- Your payment for additional participants must be made to the BIML by bank transfer by 31 August 2026. Note that no payments will be possible at the meeting.
- Once the payment has been received, your additional delegate(s) will be registered by the BIML and you will receive confirmation by email.
Costs per additional person:
- CIML Meeting/Seminar (coffee breaks, lunches, logistical arrangements): 200€ per additional delegate
- OIML Reception: 100€ per additional delegate/accompanying person
