Automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion and measuring axle loads

Scope: This International Recommendation specifies the requirements and test methods for automatic instruments for weighing road vehicles in motion, hereinafter referred to as "WIM instruments" that are used to determine the vehicle mass, the axle loads, and if applicable the axle-group loads of road vehicles when the vehicles are weighed in motion.
